钉钉进步体免费商用字体发布

12 月 28 日上午，钉钉在杭州正式开启 7.0 版本产品发布会。发布会上，钉钉总裁叶军详细解读了钉钉 7.0 版本的新功能，同时推出了汉仪字库为其量身打造的定制字体“钉钉进步体”。

官方称，“钉钉进步体”以全新的视觉设计吸引用户注意力，令人耳目一新。同时，更具舒适感的字形笔画更好地展示了钉钉的数字科技感，传递出“让进步发生”的品牌新主张。

钉钉进步体涵盖了中、英文 7526 个字符，字体专为标题、美术字等场景而生，科技活力的同时兼具自然书写美感。钉钉进步体字体以 7° 做倾斜，弯钩笔画的弧度向上，让整款字体年轻富有活力，使其在标题场景应用时，更具特点和美感。钉钉称，希望字体可以更具人文温度，保持亲和不锐利，所以采用外圆内方的圆角处理方式，并对不同笔划的字体进行了简洁处理，既保正了笔划多的字能简洁不拥挤，又维持了笔划少的字体完整性，在既要优美感又要阅读感的情况下，做到了平衡。

“钉钉进步体”免费面向全社会开放下载和使用，并在所有平台均可永久免费商用。

钉钉进步体法律声明

1.钉钉进步体字体，包含钉钉进步体中文字体和西文字体、DingTalk Sans（西文字体），前述字体及包含该字体的字库软件，合称“钉钉进步体”。

2.钉钉进步体的知识产权和相关权益归属于钉钉（中国）信息技术有限公司（以下简称“钉钉公司”），受《中华人民共和国著作权法》及其他适用法律法规、国际公约、条约的保护。

3.钉钉公司授权个人、企业等用户在遵守本声明相关条款的前提下，可以通过钉钉公司指定的官方渠道下载、安装和使用上述钉钉进步体，该授权是免费的、不可转让的、非排他的普通许可，用户可基于合法目的用于商业用途或非商业用途，但不得以任何违反法律法规、政策、规章或公序良俗以及本声明的方式使用。

4.除本法律声明中明确授权之外，钉钉公司未授予用户关于钉钉进步体的其他权利。未经钉钉公司授权，任何人不得：
1）上传、发布、转载钉钉进步体文件；
2）对钉钉进步体进行修改、仿制、转换、翻译、反编译、反向工程、拆分、破解或以其他方式试图从该字库软件获取源代码；
3）删除、覆盖或修改钉钉进步体法律声明或其他权利声明的全部或部分内容；
4）将钉钉进步体进行单独定价
出售、出租、出借、转让、转授权、或采取其他未经钉钉公司授权的行为；
5) 发布任何使外界误认其与钉钉公司或其关联公司存在合作、赞助或背书等商业关联的不实信息。

5.钉钉公司授予用户的上述授权不附带任何明示或暗示的保证，不对任何人因从非钉钉公司官方渠道或指定渠道下载、安装或使用钉钉进步体而引发的任何直接或间接损失承担责任。

6.本声明的解释、履行与争议解决适用中华人民共和国的法律。用户与钉钉公司就钉钉进步体的使用若发生争议，双方应友好协商，若协商不成，任一方有权向浙江省杭州市有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
Legal Notice for DingTalk JinBuTi
1. DingTalk JinBuTi comprises DingTalk JinBuTi Chinese font and Western
font, and DingTalk Sans (Western font). These fonts and the font
software that contains these fonts are collectively referred to as
"DingTalk JinBuTi".
2. DingTalk (China) Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“DingTalk”)
owns all rights, titles and interests in and to DingTalk JinBuTi.
DingTalk JinBuTi is protected by Copyright Law of the People’s
Republic of China, other applicable laws, regulations, international
conventions and treaties.
3. DingTalk hereby grants any individual, business entity or
organization (collectively “User”) a royalty free, non-transferable
and non-exclusive license to: 1) download DingTalk JinBuTi from
Dingtalk official websites or DingTalk authorized channels; 2) install
and use the downloaded Dingtalk JinBuTi for commercial or noncommercial
purpose. Any use of DingTalk JinBuTi shall comply with the
terms and conditions herein, and shall not violate any applicable laws,
regulations, policies, rules or public order.
4. Except as expressly set forth herein, DingTalk does not grant User
any other rights in relation to DingTalk JinBuTi. Without prior
permission by DingTalk, User shall not: 1) upload, post or repost
DingTalk JinBuTi; 2) alter, modify, translate, convert, reverse
engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the
source codes or instructions of DingTalk JinBuTi; 3) remove, overwrite,
alter the Copyright Notice or any other Proprietary Right Notice of
DingTalk JinBuTi; 4) sell, lease, loan, transfer DingTalk JinBuTi, or
take any other action not permitted by DingTalk; 5) publish any false
information that makes others mistake the cooperation, sponsorship,
endorsement and other business connections with DingTalk or its
affiliates.
5. DingTalk makes no warranty or representation, express or implied,
in relation to DingTalk JinBuTi. In no event shall DingTalk be liable
to user for any result or improvement relating to the usage of or
inability to use DingTalk JinBuTi.
6. The terms and conditions herein shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any
disputes arising out of or relating to the execution of the terms and
conditions herein shall be negotiated in good faith by user and
DingTalk. In the event the Parties fail to reach consensus through
mutual negotiation, each of the Parties hereby irrevocably consents to
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hangzhou,
Zhejiang.
